According to the electronic catalog, a standard and advanced search for publications in the STL fund, the university's electronic library and electronic library systems is carried out: Lan publishing houses, IPRSmart, University Library Online.
Access to the electronic catalog is organized in the local network of the university and the Internet.

The electronic library contains the full texts of educational and teaching aids, monographs, the authors of which are university teachers; educational and educational publications, rare and valuable publications from the fund of the scientific and technical library.

The electronic library of the FQW  contains the full texts of final qualifying works for the programs of the specialist, bachelor's, master's, postgraduate studies that have passed the defense procedure.

National aggregator of open repositories of Russian universities (https://openrepository.ru)
"National Aggregator of Open Repositories of Russian Universities" (NORA) - a single information space for the results of research by Russian scientists and providing access to materials published in the public domain. To date, the project has 29 repositories, more than 670,000 scientific materials. The project is being implemented by the NEICON consortium.

Benefits of participating in the project:
- increasing the visibility of materials hosted in the university repository;
- drawing attention to the results of research activities carried out at the university;
- transfer of metadata of documents posted on the platform to the largest international scientific search engines;
- reservation of works on the platform, as well as in the Federal Reserve System of knowledge banks.

Discovery Znanium – search and analysis module (https://znanium.com/)
The Discovery Znanium module is a search and analytical system that significantly expands the possibilities of full-text search through numerous documents located in repositories and ELS of universities, a large array of periodicals, and foreign Open Access resources. The module also has a large set of analytical services: searching for incorrect borrowings, automatically generating a cloud of keywords, etc. It can be an important tool not only in the educational process for students and teachers, but also in the scientific work of graduate students, researchers, and specialists.

Electronic library system of the publishing house "Lan"  (http://e.lanbook.com)
The resource includes electronic versions of books published by the Lan publishing house and collections of leading publishing houses of educational and scientific literature, periodicals in various fields of knowledge. The purpose of creating the resource is to provide information to universities in the maximum number of specialized areas. The content of the electronic library system is constantly updated.

For access, you need to register in the system from the computers of the local network of the university or remotely https://e.lanbook.com/auth/signup. The University is a member of the "Network Electronic Library of Technical Universities" project, within which scientific and educational literature published within these universities is available free of charge. The network electronic library of technical universities is available to users registered in the ELS "Lan". Electronic library system "IPR SMART" (http://www.iprbookshop.ru/)
IPR SMART (IPR BOOKS) contains more than 45,000 educational and scientific publications in various disciplines, about 700 titles of Russian and foreign magazines, 1,700 audio publications, as well as exclusive publications, including books from the publishing houses Vuzovskoye obrazovanie, Vocational education, IP Ar Media. The resource is updated daily with new relevant publications.

The previously created accounts of all ELS users are saved. Users registered on the IPR Books website can log in to the IPR SMART system using their existing logins and passwords. All editions of the IPRbooks ELS are contained on the IPR SMART platform with the same references to the editions.

For new users - registration in IPR SMART is carried out from the computers of the university's local network or remotely on the site http://www.iprbookshop.ru/. Self-registration is also possible using a login and password, which can be obtained from the library (room 302 LK) or by e-mail libr@iSTLel.ru.

Direct access to the ELS is provided in the new personal accounts of students and teachers in the "Electronic Library" section. Video instructions for working with IPR SMART are available on the site. Working with IPR SMART is also possible from mobile devices (you can download the IPR SMART application on the App Store or Play Market).

Electronic Library of the UMC Railway Transport    (https://umczdt.ru/)

The electronic library of the educational and methodological center for education in railway transport is a unique collection of full-text educational publications and monographs on special disciplines of railway transport, published by the educational and methodological center since 1997. These are textbooks and teaching aids, albums, monographs, teaching aids for all levels of vocational education in compliance with the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standards.

Currently, the collection of FSBEI HE "BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov" is available to students and teachers, which includes 51 books. For access, it is necessary to register in the system from the computers of the local network of the university or remotely by sending an appropriate letter to the address: libr@iSTLel.ru.

The electronic library Grebennikon covers a wide range of economic issues: marketing, management, personnel management, financial management. The Grebennikon electronic library includes full texts: 22 books, more than 50 thousand articles from 28 journals and 49 almanacs, as well as 232 educational videos: video courses, lectures, trainings, master classes.

Includes interactive online textbooks "Book On Lime" - a new generation of high school textbooks. Provides an opportunity for authors and teachers to create, post and supplement their educational publications on the Internet.

The largest Russian information portal in the field of science, technology, medicine and education, containing abstracts and full texts of more than 40 million scientific articles and publications. Electronic versions of more than 18,550 Russian scientific and technical journals are available on the eLIBRARY.RU platform, including more than 7,600 open access journals.

The National Electronic Library (NEB) unites the collections of Russian public libraries at the federal, regional, municipal levels, libraries of scientific and educational institutions, as well as copyright holders. The NEL provides free access to all publications and scientific works published, published and stored in the funds of Russian libraries, from book monuments of history and culture to the latest author's works. Currently, the NEB project includes more than 1 million e-books. Through the portal of the National Electronic Library, access is provided to the full texts of 450 thousand dissertations and abstracts, as well as to more than 4 million books, patents and periodicals of the RSL. Dissertations and abstracts are available for viewing without the possibility of printing.

The electronic library system "Yurait" is a virtual reading room of textbooks and teaching aids from authors from leading Russian universities in economics, law, the humanities, engineering and natural sciences and specialties. The electronic library provides free access to the Legendary Books section. This section provides access to books of past years, which, due to the age of publication, limited circulation, or for other reasons, have become inaccessible. Educational publications, classical scientific works and translations, including pre-revolutionary ones, are presented.

System "Anti-plagiarism. VUZ"   (https://bstu.antiplagiat.ru/)

The Antiplagiat.VUZ package allows you to organize the process of checking dissertations, student papers and other documents for borrowings. Additional sources are connected to the constantly updated text database of search sources, numbering more than 11 million Internet documents, including the electronic library of dissertations of the Russian State Library. The system determines the percentage of citations, and also offers a full report on snippets and citation sources.
