The Department of Capital Construction carries out activities related to the planning and implementation of construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of immovable property of the federal property located at the university.
The objectives:
- ensuring the timely commissioning of construction sites, as well as reconstruction and major repairs of buildings, sports facilities, facilities used by the university, landscaping of the university.
- Control over the targeted and effective use of the University's property complex, ensures registration and state registration of rights to movable and immovable property objects, which are in use by the university.
- Organization of procedures related to public procurement of goods, works, services in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Providing the university departments with transportation, maintenance and repair of vehicles that are in use by the university.
- Providing the reports on the activities of the department.
