Testing center of foreign nationals
Examination is carried out for the following categories of citizens:
- migrant workers (work permit, patent);
- persons wishing to obtain a temporary residence permit;
- persons wishing to obtain a residence permit;
- persons wishing to obtain Russian citizenship.
In order to pass the exam, it is necessary:
- sign up for the exam:

It is advisable to carry:
- An identity document and a copy.
- Translation of the document into Russian (if necessary) and its copy.
- Migration card and its copy.
- Receipt for payment (issued on the day of the exam).
- A completed application for the conclusion of a public offer contract (download the application).
- The blue pen.

In case of failure to pass the examination, the state fee does not return!
Examination procedure:
- Before the complex examination, you will be introduced to the order and form of the examination;
- On the day of the complex examination, the members of the commission will provide briefing, as well as inform you about the order and form of the examination, about the time of acquaintance with the results of the exam.
Issuance of documents: The documents are issued on Monday and Thursday from 10.00 to 12.00 (Business-incubator, office 302)
The following documents are issued to the persons who pass the exam:
- in case of successful passing of tests - certificate of passing the exam.
- persons who did not get the required number of points for obtaining a certificate on results of the examination, - letter of confirmation.
The center working hours: Monday-Friday: 9.00-18.00
