Examination of scientific periodicals

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 293 of 30.10.2014 and the order of the rector of BSTU named after. V.G. Shukhov No. 4/69 of 05.03.2013 for the purpose of quality control, control for the examination of materials intended for public publication is established.

Open publication means the publication of materials in the mass media (periodicals, etc.), in open non-periodical publications (monographs and abstracts, materials of scientific conferences, collections of scientific works, scientific, scientific and methodological collections, textbooks, educational, educational and methodological and visual aids), registration of applications for invention, utility model, industrial design, etc.

ATTENTION! An expert opinion will not be accepted for signature until the list of literature is properly drawn up!

Examination procedure

1. The author fills in the expert conclusion in two copies according to the approved form (Expert conclusion)

2. The expert conclusion (2 copies) is signed by the head of the department, the employee of which is the author (s).

3. The expert conclusion (2 copies) and scientific work with the signatures of all authors on the first page of the article are registered for examination to the department of scientometrics 724/2 MB.

4. Expert conclusions on the monograph are signed by the head of the department, then the head of the editorial group Afonina GN

The Department of scientometrics (724/2 MB) takes:

– Expert conclusion, signed by the head of the department and the head of the editorial group Afonina GN (after making all corrections);

– The finished version of the monograph in * .pdf format;

– A list of literature in the format * .doc or * .docx.

– A completed registration form, located at http://ntb.bstu.ru/resource/elservice/regform/.

5. Expert Commission of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov on the examination of materials intended for public publication.

6. After passing the examination, the conclusion shall be signed by the chairman of the expert commission and approved by the vice-rector for scientific work of the BSTU named after. V.G. Shukhov.

7. The author is given one copy of the expert opinion with all signatures and stamped by the university.
