The All-Russian congress of the leaders of volunteer associations ended in Moscow - the final event of the International Volunteer Forum, which summed up the results of the Year of Volunteer in Russia.

The annual All-Russian Conference “Innovative solutions in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving for educational facilities” was held in Sochi.

On the eve of the International Day to Combat Corruption in the core university of the region – BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov - summed up a number of anti-corruption measures. An exhibition of posters “I am against corruption” was organized on the territory of the university, and a competition of research works was checked, in which all the leading universities of the Belgorod region took part. A total of 25 posters and 44 research papers were announced. For two days, students, faculty and staff participated in a public vote on the best poster.

A training seminar “OPEN BIM: Effective BIM Solutions and Modern Information Modeling Technologies at ARCHICAD” was held at the core university of the Belgorod Region.

Moscow hosted a meeting of the Association of Technical Universities, Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman and the International and Russian unions of scientific and engineering associations. The event was dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the birth of engineer V.G. Shukhov.

The administration of the city of Belgorod summed up the results of the contest “The Best Small Innovative Enterprise”, which was held to promote the development of the business sector in the regional center.

The final voting of the contest “Great Names of Russia”, in which Russians could choose names for 42 airports of the country, ended. All the names of the applicants, which passed into the final stage, were determined on the basis of sociological surveys.

For the first time in Russia, the international intellectual strategic business game Innobol was held in Belgorod's “Boiling Point”.

In Belgorod, in the newly opened “Boiling Point” teamwork area, the results of the III regional competition of PR specialists “PR specialist of the year 2018” were summed up.
