Tour of the city for the visitors from Syria
After the meeting with local government officials, the representatives of Syrian Arab Republic Dr.Eng.Youssef Hammood, General Manager of Public Establishment for Road Communications, deputy minister of transport of Syrian Arab Republic and Eng. Hassan Ezeddin Abu Khreish, Нead of Office Director General at Public Establishment for Road Communications had a tour of Belgorod. During the excursion the visitors admired the beauty of the central city in the area.
A visit to the Diorama memorial display in commemoration of Kursk battle during the World War II arose their sincere interest. The foreign representatives also had a walk in the Victory Park and saw the places of interest in the city of Soldier’s Glory. They were admired by the Preobrazhenskiy Cathedral , architecture of Belgorod Drama Theatre and the Arts Museum.
The visitors also had a car tour around the city, where they could see other places of historical, cultural and architectural significance as well as learn about local policy in urban development and highway construction.
