BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov will cooperate with Osh Technological University named after M.M. Adyshev
Ekaterinburg hosted the II Forum of Rectors of Universities of Russia and Kyrgyzstan. Representatives of governments and heads of universities of both countries discussed issues of scientific and educational cooperation. All participants and guests of the event were greeted by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Natalia Bocharova.
The meeting was moderated by Viktor Sadovnichy, President of the Russian Union of Rectors, Academician, Rector of Moscow State University named after M.V. K. Karasaeva Abdylda Musaev. The Flagship University of the Belgorod Region was represented by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Ruslan Lesovik. Sessions were held in three directions. The participants of the meeting discussed the training of competitive personnel, the development of strategic interuniversity partnerships, scientific cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan, on the exchange of contacts they were able to personally get to know each other and find common ground for interaction in areas of interest.
During the forum BSTU named after V. G. Shukhov signed a cooperation agreement with the Osh Technological University named after M. M. Adyshev (Kyrgyzstan). Universities will cooperate in solving educational, methodological and research issues.
