The work of educational organizations was discussed at the All-Russian Conference on Lean Management

Shapovalova Lyudmila Timofeevna, Head of the Professional Education Department of the Department of Internal and Personnel Policy of the Belgorod Region,
Kirilova Irina Yuryevna, Head of the Department of Design, Analytical and Control and Organizational Work of the Department of Internal and Personnel Policy of the Belgorod Region.
The rector of the flagship university Sergey Glagolev addressed the audience with words of welcome: “Thanks to lean management and production, educational organizations function as an integral system that is aimed at continuous improvement of the education system. And it is the introduction of lean technologies that enhances the effectiveness of training in the vocational education system ”.
All speakers noted the importance of introducing lean technologies into professional educational organizations.
Over the course of two days, fruitful work took place in different formats: a plenary session, seminars, round tables and process factories in educational institutions of the Belgorod region. The participants discussed not only topical issues of implementation of lean technologies, but also the peculiarities of their application in administrative processes and the work of teachers.
