An international student group was created at BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov
The head of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov created all the conditions for providing students with jobs at the university facilities and enterprises of the city and region. Student labor teams have already been formed, functioning at more than 15 different sites.
First of all, financial support is needed for foreign students living in hostels. Therefore, an international student group of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, numbering over 100 jobs for this group of students. In addition, legal support for the registration of labor relations was organized, all the children were helped to obtain SNILS and TIN, lectures and briefings on labor protection and safety measures were held.
Many foreign students are now working on the picturesque bank of the Vorskla River in the Borisov district - the summer base of the Technolog sanatorium. A rational mode of work and rest has been planned for the construction team, as well as free three hot meals a day.
The University fully provides the detachments with personal protective equipment, disinfection, as well as the necessary equipment to perform work. The mode of work and rest is organized with the obligatory observance of the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor in conditions of the risk of spreading COVID-19 infection. Also, at the summer base of the sanatorium-dispensary, there are always medical workers who conduct thermometer of the fighters.
Soldiers of the international squad are performing a complex of works on landscaping. For example, students in construction areas of training receive skills in performing specialized work, thereby consolidating the knowledge gained in practice. Girls also do not stay idle and do many chores: painting, cleaning, washing windows and much more.
Rector of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov-prof. Sergei Glagolev made a working trip to the summer base of the Tekhnolog sanatorium. Sergei Nikolaevich got acquainted with the results of the work performed, talked with foreign students, of whom the construction team was formed, and thanked everyone for their work and colossal assistance in the improvement of territories.
