The central event was the opening ceremony of the exhibition, provided by the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Russia, which aroused great interest of all visitors.
According to H.E.
Mohammed Awad Abdoul Rahman Al-Hassan, the strongest impression of Belgorod was the fact that the city was almost completely destroyed during the Second World War. "Today’s look of the city testifies to spiritual strength and vitality of Belgorodians as survivors", - said the representative of Oman. Later the Embassy representatives answered journalists’ questions. The journalists present learned that the Sultanate of Oman is rapidly developing. Material wealth and state policy of the country is focused on upgrading the education level of its citizens. In addition, H.E. Mohammed Awad Abdoul Rahman Al-Hassan marked that our region has all conditions for young people to study.

The ambassador noted that his country highly values specialists who graduated from Russian Universities. In addition, the representatives of Oman assured about the  intention to expand cooperation in various fields, including education, science and culture.
"Creative teams from Russia are always welcome in the Sultanate of Oman - said the Head of Education section  Dr. Jamel Fadel - Our people have a deep respect and are greatly interested in the Russian culture. "
Both parties found the dialogue to be extremely interesting, in particular, the journalists were wondering about particular social strata who can afford to send their children abroad for studies.
"Our intention is not to make young generation to focus on material issues, but develop a thirst for knowledge. While studying at foreign universities, apart from having a graduation certificate and profound professional skills, they become a part of the culture in the countries where they live while taking their course "
