The meeting of the Academic Council at the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov in an unusual format
"Good afternoon! I would like to congratulate you all on the 66th anniversary of the foundation of our university. On that day, April 29, 1954, the Belgorod Technological Institute of Building Materials was opened, which today is a unique educational institution! ” - with these words, the rector of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, Sergey Glagolev began the traditional meeting of the Academic Council.
The agenda included topics related to the scientific and innovative activities of the university, competitive projects were discussed, the question was raised about changes in the educational programs implemented in the 2019/2020 academic year, passing state exams and much more.
During the council, a number of important decisions were made. Irina Avilova, vice-rector for cultural, educational and social work, during her report emphasized the high-quality functioning of the university and the work of students throughout the entire distance learning course.
