Creative teams of the university won new awards
Creative teams of the Student Palace of Culture of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov took part in the International Open Competition of vocal groups and vocalists "Autumn Starfall", which was held in Mayskiy, Belgorod region.
The organizers of the competition were: the Union of Vocalists of Russia, the International Union of Vocalists of Italy and the charity foundation "Perspective" with the support of the Federation of Contemporary and Pop Dance of Russia, the all-Russian organization "Russian Committee for the Protection of Peace and Harmony". The jury consisted of leading vocal teachers from specialized universities in Kursk, Orel, Moscow and Belgorod.
“The guys put a lot of effort and demonstrated a high level of performing skills,” the team leaders noted.
According to the results of the competition, the awards were distributed as follows:
- laureate of the 1st degree - an updated composition of the national collective - the youth ensemble of the Cossack song “White Color” (leader L. Sushkova, accompanist N. Balla) - presented a program from Cossack songs of the south of Russia;
- laureates of the 1st degree - soloists of the vocal studio “Music of Happiness” under the direction of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Olga Tsymbalist. Two solo numbers were presented for the competition: from Nadezhda Shpagina the song “Russia” and Alababseh Fuada - “I do not love you and love you”. And Vladislav Ulbashev and Alababseh Fuad performed the song “Wakemeup” in a duet;
- Diploma of the laureate of the III degree in the nomination “Patriotic song, choir” - at the vocal and choral studio “Air” (leader N. Karakeshishyan, accompanist V. Holnaya). The works “I love you, Russia” and “Oh you wide steppe” sounded.
And the soloist of the choir - Elena Doroganova was awarded a separate diploma of the III degree in the nomination "Academic Vocal, Solo". Elena presented to the jury such works as “Aria of Almira” from the opera “Rinaldo” and the romance “I Remember the Waltz is a Lovely Sound”.
