An Anniversary Rally of Russian Student Groups was held in the Kremlin Palace
From 25th to 27th of October , an All-Russian rally of student groups was held in Moscow, dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the youth movement, which brought together the most active, vibrant, motivated representatives from all over our country.
The delegation of the Belgorod region, which consisted of 70 people, included veterans of the movement, activists of student groups and representatives of the leadership of educational institutions.
The opening of the Jubilee rally was held at the State Kremlin Palace. Our university sent the best fighters and activists of the student-team movement to the event under the guidance of the vice-rector for continuing education, Professor Sergei Anatolyevich Mikhaylichenko.
The opening of this significant event, which brought together about six thousand people from all over our country, was made by: Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Tatyana Golikova, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation - Olga Vasilieva, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration - Sergey Kirienko, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs - Alexander Bugaev, Moscow State University Rector - Viktor Antonovich Sadovnichy and many heads of major corporations and companies supporting udotryadovskoe movement.
As part of the rally, a series of competitions of the All-Russian scale took place, in which the student teams of our region took an active part. It should be noted that the results are very encouraging.
Representatives of 36 regions of our country took part in the competition, including a couple of conductors from Belgorod, a student of BSTU named after V.G. Egor Gotsay Shukhova and student of BelSU Anna Vasilenkova, they were in the top 5 of the All-Russian rating and brought home the nomination "Artistry".
Results of the sports festival:
- 1st place in the tug of war competitions was taken by the team of the Central Federal District, which included veteran of the movement Semyon Shulgin,
- The 3rd place was taken by the student group activist, master of the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhova Violetta Shepherd.
In the contest "Miss and Mr. Russian Student Squads", a student of BSTU named after Shukhov, fighter of the SOP “Abeon” Alexey Sinegubov received the title of “Mr. Smile of the Russian student group”, captivating everyone with his charisma and talent.
At the closing ceremony of the Anniversary rally, the commander of the Regional headquarters of student groups of the Belgorod region, a graduate of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov Andrey Vatulin was awarded a letter of thanks from the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin for his significant contribution to the development of the movement of student groups and active social activity.
Anna Subocheva, a graduate of our university, was awarded the highest award of the Russian Student Groups - the Badge of Honor for active work in student teams.
