The flagship university became one of the organizers of the international conference in Kislovodsk
The International Scientific and Technical Conference "Construction and Architecture: Theory and Practice of Innovative Development" (CATPID 2019) was held in Kislovodsk. Among the co-organizers made and BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
The reference university was represented by the first vice-rector - co-chairman of the organizing committee Yevgeny Yevtushenko and associate professor of the department of theoretical mechanics and resistance of materials Sergey Klyuyev, who became a member of the organizing committee and the drafting group.
Within three days, reports were heard on all construction areas. A report was also presented from the University of Technology on the theme “Fine-grained fiber-reinforced concrete based on technogenic raw materials and composite binders”.
The conference was attended by academicians of RAASN S. Fedosov and V. Erofeev, corresponding member of RAASN L. Mayilyan and many other prominent scientists in the construction field.
Scientists, graduate students and representatives of the construction industry summarized the results of recent achievements in the field of industrial and civil construction (design, organization of all types of work, construction materials, etc.), and also discussed promising areas for the development of the construction industry.
In the process, the conference participants were able to establish useful partnerships for future interaction.
Based on the results of the event, the submitted articles will be published in journals included in Scopus.
