The third lesson of the School of public speaking
Classes are held in the framework of the project "Talker_BGTU". Students became participants in the school - future university guides.
At the end of the second lesson, the children were assigned homework: to present the supporting university of the region, taking into account an audience of different ages. And to time your tour of the university to the Open Day. An important point was that students had to be prepared for questions and listeners and answers to them.
Shukhov ‘s coped with the task, evaluated their own and others' performances, what was good and what could be improved. The speaker of the project Lesya Shkreba, the ambassador of the Russian language in the world and the founder of the project “Course of Talkers”, noted that the guys learned how to cope with sabotage during speeches.
“Now is the 21st century, we are coming to simplify the text. It should be understandable and easily perceived by the interlocutor. If in speech there will be a jumble of indirect cases, then the person will get tired and go into his thoughts. We will lose him as a listener, ”Lesya said.
At the lesson, students also discussed the types of speakers, the subtleties of visualizing information and unusual approaches to guided tours.
