The university has secured high rates of employment of graduates in 2018
A new ranking of Russian universities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education has been published. According to the indicator "Employment", the supporting university of the Belgorod Region is BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov - retained its high position in the employment of graduates who first received higher education - 75%. The overall rate of graduate employment was 80%.
“The university retained its leadership position, compared with other universities in the Belgorod region, in the graduates' job ranking. Our graduates are more in demand among employers, ”said Yuri Buryak, director of the Center for Professional Adaptation and Employment of University Specialists.
Also, in the new rating of the expert agency Expert RA (RAEX), according to the indicator “Employment”, the university rose from 92 places (in 2017) to 64 places (in 2018). This is the highest result by the criterion of "Employment" for all the years of the participation of "Technologist" in this rating since 2012.
In the course of the work on preparing for the submission of data to the rating agency, detailed analytical work was carried out, and a large-scale reference information campaign was conducted with each partner employee.
