80 university professors improved their skills in 2018
Flagship university of the Belgorod region BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov summarized four advanced training programs: “Psychological Aspects of a Technical University Teacher's Activity”, “Oratory Art of a Technical University Teacher”, “English in the Activity of a Technical University Teacher in Conditions of Academic Mobility and Expansion of International Cooperation”, “Problems and Prospects for Using Opportunities technical regulation systems in modern conditions ".
The Center for the Advanced Training of the Faculty of Education Policy Department of the University trained 80 people in the autumn semester that ended.
The first vice-rector of the university, Nikolay Shapovalov, congratulated the teachers on the completion of the course, solemnly handing in certificates of advanced training. Prof.Shapovalov noted that in a sovereign world, in the circumstances of constant progress, it is especially important to carry the idea of lifelong education through life.
In order to improve, modify and update the content of advanced training courses, the center monitors programs annually and in this regard, students fill out questionnaires. Analyzing the data from the questionnaires, the fact that the majority of students to improve the effectiveness of the learning process and create effective learning conditions highlights active forms of conducting classes draws attention to itself. In general, based on the results of the survey, it can be concluded that the content of the courses was rich and successful.
The center of the PC PPS DOP thanks the program managers: Vladimir Absimetova, Tatyana Matyushkina, Inna Gladkova, Elena Atitsogby, for their responsible attitude to the lessons and hopes for further cooperation.
