Electrical engineering graduates were offered employment options
At the flagship university for senior students and graduates of the Institute of Energy, Information Technology and Control Systems undergraduates of the relevant areas of training, a traditional job fair was held.
The organizer of the event was the scientific and methodological center of professional adaptation and employment of specialists of the university.
Representatives of large companies: “GK Agro-Belogorye”, “Lebedinsky GOK”, “Quadra” - “Belgorod Generation”, “Belenergomash-BZEM”, “IDGC-Center” - “Belgorodenergo” addressed the students. As well as representatives of public services: the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Belgorod and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Belgorod District, employees of the Belgorod Employment Center
Opening the fair, Director of the Center for Professional Adaptation and Employment of Specialists YuryBuryak thanked the representatives of employers for their interest in graduates of the institute and noted that the university pays special attention to such cooperation. Professor Alexander Belousov, the director of IEITUS, spoke to the children, emphasizing the importance and necessity of mutual information exchange between the university and enterprises for the effective implementation of the main goal of the job fair.
Representatives of the companies made presentations, reported on the specifics of the work, the availability of paid internships and familiarized themselves with the requirements that apply to applicants. Employers offered a large list of places of practical training at enterprises and invited graduates of various fields to work.
The purpose of such events is to assist students and graduates in finding a base for internships and internships, suitable work, assisting employers in finding the necessary workers, familiarizing undergraduates with the situation on the labor market, existing vacancies in the Belgorod region and beyond, employers specialists, etc.
