The best offers of the regional labor market were recognized by future graduates of the architectural and engineering and construction institutes of BSTU named afterV.G. Shukhov. The career guidance event, traditionally organized by the scientific and methodological center for professional adaptation and employment of specialists (NMC PATS) of the reference university, was attended by senior students, employers, representatives of the university administration and heads of institutions: vice-rector for continuing education of the university Sergei Mikhailichenko, director of the architectural institute Vitaly Pertsev , deputy director of the Civil Engineering Institute for Academic Affairs, Alexander Goltsov.
“Today, graduates of engineering specialties are very much in demand in the labor market: in particular, state authorities are experiencing an acute shortage of architectural personnel. Therefore, the choice of a future job plays an important role not only for your personal future, but also for the future of the whole country, ”the vice-rector for continuing education said in a welcoming speech.
Representatives of the Department of Construction, Transport and Housing and Communal Services of the Belgorod Region told that at the moment there is a recruitment of employees in the architectural and construction bureau for the positions of architects and consultants. Salary starts at a mark of 25 000 rubles and depends on the development and individual participation in projects. Also for the department staff there are many social programs to support young professionals, whose range of activities is very wide: from health care to housing.
Representatives of “Belenergomash - BZEM” also expressed a desire to hire Shukhovtsy. Employers note that students are ready to provide a paid practice in the design department of steel structures with the possibility of further employment. With successful practice, the company is ready to “open” new vacancies for reputable children, as well as provide assistance in housing issues for representatives of other regions.
