«Belenergomash» is ready to offer internship for students and job for graduates
Students with specialization "Human Resource Management" visited LLC "Belenergomash - BZEM". The event was organized by the Center for Employment of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
HR manager Alexey Petrik and Management Director Anna Zaykova presented a video about the company and they also held a practical lesson “Personnel Assessment”.
A.V. Petrik told about interview, about the conditions for hiring specialists, what qualities and skills a plant employee should possess and what are their development prospects.
The students also visited the production shops of the plant, got acquainted with the technology of production, warehousing, cutting and welding of metal products, visited the galvanizing, priming and painting sites of finished metal structures.
