The 10th youth scientific forum was held at the flagship university
As part of the festival of science in south-west Russia, X International Youth Forum “Education. Science. Production”. It was held at the flagship university of BST named after V.G. Shukhov. This forum was dedicated to the 165th anniversary of Vladimir Grigorievich Shukhov.
Over 4 thousand students and young scientists took part in the forum. Young university scientists gave presentations in plenary session. Yuri Koshlich made a presentation “From the course project to Startup”. The doctoral student Natalia Cherkashina told about the development of space materials science at BSTU. The post-graduate student Anton Dikevich, told about how the idea of creating a racing car to implement and get a valid model that can participate in competitions on the example of the engineering and racing team “Shukhov Racing Team”.
Dmitry Yudin, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Belgorod Region, spoke about the use of intelligent technology in solving educational, scientific and industrial problems.
According to the head of the Top Staff Training Department of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov Yulia Fomenko, the forum contributes to the strengthening and support of intercollegiate student relations. “This year the forum was held in 21 thematic areas. Following the results of the forum, a collection of scientific papers is published. More than 200 articles are from participating universities. The collection will be registered in the Russian Science Citation Index”, - said Yulia Vladimirovna.
