Student construction brigade became the winner of the Jamboree of the Central Federal District
In Voronezh, the 4th meeting of the student contingents of the Central Federal District of Russia took place. The event brought together about 400 students from 18 regions. Student construction brigade of the flagship university – BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, as part of the delegation of the Belgorod region, successfully performed in sports competitions and a creative program.
The event was held in five sports: arm-sport, whole fit test, basketball 3x3, volleyball and tug-of-war. BSTU team confidently reached the final of the 3x3 basketball and volleyball competitions, in both types, losing very little to the hosts of the competition in the last seconds, thus taking 2nd place.
In the competition for tug-of-war, the student team of the Belgorod region took the 3rd place.
As a result of the competitions, the Belgorod region's student construction brigade became the second in the overall standings. The cup was received by the captain of the national team of the Belgorod region - chief of staff of the Student construction brigade of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov Oleg Gorshkov.
