BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov entered the TOP-50 reputation ranking
The flagship university of the Belgorod region is one of the best universities in the country from year to year in various classifications. The rating of the reputation of higher educational institutions in the enlarged RAEX directions in 2018 wasn’t an exception: BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov took the 45th position in the field of technical, natural sciences and exact sciences.
RAEH Rating Agency for the fourth time prepared ratings of the reputation of higher education institutions on enlarged directions. The lists of top 50 universities are published in the fields "Technical, natural sciences and exact sciences".
The ratings reflect the result of the assessment of universities by the survey participants conducted by the agency RAEX in 2016-2018. Respondents' opinions about the quality of education, the relevance of graduates to employers, as well as the level of research activity were taken into account.
Representatives of the academic and scientific community, representatives of employers' companies, as well as students and graduates took part in the surveys. The total number of respondents exceeded 60 000 people. The results of RAEX reputational measurements are not only used to build ratings in the directions, but are also taken into account along with statistical indicators in the formation of the RAEX annual comprehensive rating "100 best universities in Russia", which also includes BSTU named after. V.G. Shukhov and takes 55th place.
