The teams of conductors summed up the results of the summer semester
Summer labor shift for the students working in construction brigades of conductors, was completed. It should be recalled that the student brigades of conductors of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov began serving long-distance trains from the middle of May 2018.
Students worked at once in three structural divisions of JSC "Federal Passenger Company": the car-carrying passenger depot "Moscow" of the North-West branch of JSC "FPK", the passenger depot "Moscow-Kalanchevskaya" of the Moscow branch of JSC "FPK" and the wagon workshop "Belgorod" depot Voronezh of the Privolzhsky branch of JSC "FPK.
During the work, the conductors provided transportation of more than 730 thousand people. The students received over 900 commendations and positive feedback (which is more than 3 responses per each conductor). What is important in this case, the level of wages in student groups of conductors remains one of the highest - at least 30 000 rubles.
For the first time, the zonal headquarters in the Moscow depot were headed by two experienced conductors from the students' brigade of the Belgorod region.
In October 2018, some of the students will go to the All-Russia meeting of student groups in Rostov-on-Don, where V All-Russian competition of professional skills of student construction brigades will be held.
