Students of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov work in the Arctic on the All-Russian construction site
Student construction team "Toliman" has worked already for three weeks on the All-Russian student construction project "Arctic Circle-2018". The students are working on the construction of an oil and gas condensate field in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District.
As told in the headquarters of student construction teams, in addition to work among the participants of the construction site, various leisure activities are held.
The work of the construction brigade will last until the end of August. By September, the first facilities of the field should be ready for development.
It should be noted that the initiative to involve student groups in the construction of an oil and gas fields was offered to the President of Russia a year ago, during the meeting of V.V. Putin with student brigades of the Belgorod region.
In 2018, more than 1500 students from all over the country were involved in the construction of the "Siberian Power" gas pipeline.
