On the agenda were two important and topical issues: the implementation of the plan for cultural events for January-June 2018 and the effectiveness of the curators of academic groups, the preparation of work plans for student councils, student associations and a joint council of students BSTU. During the presentations of the deputy directors of institutes, it was clarified that the plan of cultural events for the months of January-June was carried out by all institutes. There was a noticeable increase in the activity and quality of the work of the supervisors, which positively affects the involvement of students in university and citywide events.
The awarding ceremony with letters of gratitude for active participation and assistance in holding the interuniversity youth festival «Sacred Russia-4: Good is the tradition of Russia» of the university staff was the completion of the spring semester.
