The center of professional development of the university staff directs its activity to create conditions for ensuring continuous improvement of the qualifications of the scientific and pedagogical and managerial staff of the university and the formation of the need for continuous self-education among its members.
University Center specialists note that there is a qualitative change in the professors’ professional competencies, the use of active and interactive forms of conducting classes as a result of attending these courses.
The purpose of the courses is to increase the effectiveness of the learning process, to create effective learning conditions that help the students develop the necessary knowledge and skills, and the competencies to solve the tasks.
Establishing of conditions for ensuring continuous professional development, use of active and interactive forms of conducting classes in conjunction with out-of-class work, etc., orientation to project-oriented learning are among the priorities for 2018.
