The university became a participant of the All-Russian flash mob online broadcast
At the end of May, the university successfully hosted the annual interuniversity festival «Sacred Russia 4: good is the tradition of Russia». The other day the university joined the next baton.
The flagship university became the regional site of the All-Russian flash mob «Dancing Russia – 2018», dedicated to the Day of Russia and the 315th anniversary of the founding of the city of St. Petersburg. 38 Russian cities took part in the flash mob.
According to the organizers, flash mob participants danced under a potpourri of Russian folk songs simultaneously in different parts of the country through the online broadcast.
Dance groups of the Student Cultural Center: choreographic ensemble «Premier» (by E. Kulishko), dance studio «Danza» (headed by A. Golovin), ballroom dance studio «Viva! Dance» (headed by V. Milyakov) took part in the flash mob «Dancing Russia».
It should be recalled that the development of local communities, urban and regional environment is one of the key areas of the «Flagship University» program, which is being implemented at the university since 2017. It means that the university is an active participant in city and regional events, as well as federal youth projects.
