Conference for Angolan students took place at the university
The II Scientific and Technical Conference of the Union of Angolan Students was held at BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
Students of the flagship university, coordinator of the academic department of UEAB Sacilembe Venancio and student of master program department, president of the Union of Angolan students Candido Nascimento da Silva Francisco were the organizers of the event.
Vice-rector for international activity of BSTU, Professor Ruslan Lesovik made a welcoming speech and wished high achievements.
First Secretary of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Russia Kasava Moises Jorge and Director of the Support Sector of Angolan Students in the Russian Federation Muansa Loje also greeted all the participants and guests of the conference.
Students of the Republic of Angola studying in different universities of Russia were invited to participate in the conference. Students of the regional flagship university, as well as students from Belgorod National Research University and a participant from Voronezh made presentations.
Candido Nascimento da Silva Francisco commented: «The conference is held so that students can share their ideas on the solution of the urgent problems of their Republic. articles will be collected and sent to the embassy. I hope they will be in demand».
The participants of the scientific meeting made presentations on relevant topics in two blocks. The first part covered the following topics: «Public health systems in Angola», «An analysis of the eradication of obesity and overweight for improving and improving the quality of life of Angolans», «Angola's economic vocation for raising achievement of people well-being», «Strategic Procedure for Diversification economy of Angola».
After the speeches, debates were held, where the participants shared their ideas and commented on the speeches.
At the end of the conference all participants received certificates of participation.
