How to «pack» a modern building
The head of the enterprise «Mnogogranniki» Roman Ivanov told the students and the staff of the flagship university about the «buildings packing». A lecture combined knowledge of architecture, marketing, materials and technologies. It was organized by the Department of Expertise and Property Management.
According to the lecturer, the most important part of the investment and construction project is a difficult choice of rational and effective materials and packaging technologies for buildings, which is feasible in an abundance of market solutions and promising technological solutions. Materials and technologies used for buildings packing should have functionality, durability, architectural plasticity and artistic expressiveness, together with affordability and economy.
Students of the lecture learned about modern materials for the correct buildings packaging of, technologies for their processing and installation, areas for the rational use of tabular technological solutions, and how all this affects the spore-forming characteristics of real estate.
Video of conducted tests on fire resistance, wear resistance, strength, hygroscopicity was demonstrated at the lecture. Also, the students got acquainted more closely with the materials, with the variants of color solutions and textures of various materials.
