Rector of Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov met with lawyers from China
Rector of the regional flagship university, Professor Sergey Glagolev held a meeting with the delegation of the BEIJING DHH LAW FIRM (China).
The meeting was also attended by the vice-rector for scientific work, Professor Evgeny Evtushenko, President of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, Professor Anatoly Gridchin.
Guests from China, led by the chairman of the partners meeting of the DHH law corporation, deputy chairman of the Association of Medium and Small Enterprises Mr. Luan Shaohu got acquainted with the innovative infrastructure of the university, with the laboratories of the Center for High Technologies and the university sports facilities.
During the working meeting, the parties outlined the ways of potential cooperation, the summer language school program «Studies + leasure». The uniqueness of the project is that the participants of the summer school will have an opportunity to improve their Russian language skills in a short time, to get acquainted with Russian cultural traditions, the peculiarities of the Russian mentality, and also to communicate with their peers from around the world.
Also, the parties discussed the opening in China of a BSTU branch of the Preparatory faculty for Foreign Students.
«This will allow the young applicants from China, without any gaps, start learning the curriculum for the chosen specialization at our university. We also discussed possible bilateral business projects, in particular, work with a business incubator», commented the vice-rector on international activities, Professor Ruslan Lesovik.
