The professor of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov presented the developmentof the university at the international conference

On January 30, the 5th International Conference "Russian Days of Dry Building Mixtures" was held at the Moscow State University of Economics and Management.

The conference was organized by the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, the International Community of Drymix.info, the Russian gypsum association and the advertising and publishing agency KVINTET, with the support of the Committee on Science and Innovations of the Russian Union of Builders, the Union of Manufacturers of Dry Building Mixtures (SPCCS) and the Technology Platform "Construction and architecture." Special attention was paid to modern technological solutions in the production of dry construction mixtures, application of innovative materials in construction chemistry, construction efficiency, energy saving, and environmental aspects. Topics covered the latest developments in these areas.

The conference was attended by leading managers of manufacturing companies, representatives of construction and design organizations, relevant ministries and state corporations, professional associations and unions, scientific and educational institutions.

More than half of the participants turned out to be representatives of foreign companies interested in Russian developments. The Flagship University of the Belgorod region was represented by the Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation, Corresponding Member of Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of construction material of science, products and structures Valery Lesovik.

His report covered the design of dry building mixtures for 3D additive technologies, taking into account the law of affinity of structures (the authors of the report are Valery Lesovik, Evgeny Glagolev and Liliya Zagorodnyuk).

Within the framework of the report, the scientific community was presented with a new paradigm for designing composites.

Through the new transdisciplinary scientific direction of geonics (geomimetics) the law of structures affinity was formulated.

It assumes the design of layered composites and repair systems at the nano, micro and macro levels similar to the base matrix, which leads to a significant increase in adhesion (adhesion of the surfaces of dissimilar solid and / or liquid bodies) and the durability of materials. The basis for the law formulation was the information received while examining natural counterparts of anisotropic building composites (its properties are different in various directions). The application of this law allows to create of restoration mixtures, plastering, masonry and repair compositions of a new generation for each type of wall generation, including 3D additive technologies.

Work is under way in many countries around the world to create equipment for 3D additive technologies, but there is currently no clear theoretical justification for the design and synthesis of building composites. BSTU scientists developed proposals for the dry construction mixtures and composites creation on that basis for 3D additive technologies in construction, based on the analysis of genetic features of the structure and composition of banded rocks, their age and attitude to the processes of weathering and destruction. The speaker noted that the creation of such composites is impossible without the use of environment-friendly technologies and transdisciplinary research. The presented report aroused great interest. Its authors were awarded with a diploma, and scientific developments of University scientists are marked as corresponding to modern trends in the development of world science.
