The inventive activity of the support university is highly appreciated
BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov continues to get high positions in various ratings. Thus, at the end of October, the analytical center "Expert" estimated the demand for inventions of Russian universities, the quality of their development and the basic conditions.
Our university took 33-41 positions, dividing them with the National Research University "BSU" and some other Russian universities.
In 2017, this rating was created for the first time. The results are on the base of patent information-analytical systems: FIPS, Patents and patents. Period of consideration of indicators is 2012-2017. The total score of the university is calculated using the normalized levels of the indicators considered weighted by their weight in the general rating (at the BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, this score is 18). Collection and verification of data for rating with the support of the Intellectual Property Center of the Ural Federal University.
