Partners from Morocco on a return visit
On the 23nd of May delegation of the University. Hassan I (Morocco, Settat) arrived at Belgorod State technological University named after V. G. Shukhov.
The delegation comprising president of the university- Professor Ahmed Nezhmeddin with his wife, vice rector in science - Professor Riyadh Fakri, owner of the Founty Institute- Dr. Ali Bellush.
Recall that in November 2016 the delegation of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov, headed by the rector S.N. Glagolev visited the Hassan I University in Morocco, where they signed cooperation agreement between our universities, and Moroccan colleagues were invited to Belgorod to get acquainted with the city and the university.
The Hassan I State University is one of the country's 12 leading universities. It was founded 20 years ago. More than 30 thousand students study on a wide range of specialties. But the main direction is engineering. This year the Russian language department will be open up at the university, which will be first in Marocco.
The guests made a tour around the university, visited the museum, the center of high technologies and sports facilities of the university. At the Department of Building Materials, Products and Structures, they took part in an international on-line web conference devoted to the issues of modern education.
Passing by the classroom, the Moroccan guests wished students good schooling and success in mastering the future profession.
Representatives of the University of Morocco met with the vice rector in international activities R.V.Lesovik. As a result of the meeting, an agreement was signed on continuing cooperation between partner universities.
