Chinese students got the certificates
Within six months diligent students from Hulunbuirsk University (China) intensively studied Russian at preparatory faculty for foreign citizens. And then were trained at the Department of Construction and Urban Development of Architecture and Construction Institute of BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov.
