We are welcome professor from Egypt Republic
One of the most famous Egyptian artist and sculptor, a professor of Cairo University dr. Usama El-Serwy is an honor guest of our university and also became a professor of the Architecture department of our university. For long time dr. Usama was Cultural Attaché of Egypt Republic.
Dr.El-Serwy graduated Cairo University and then studied at the Russian Academy of Arts in Leningrad. He is an expert of Russian culture, the author of several books about Russian art, monuments by Chekhov, Tchaikovsky and Mendeleyev in Cairo, monument Said Darwish (the founder of the modern music of Egypt and the author of the national anthem) in Moscow.
He will be here for two weeks, during this time he will have some lectures for student of Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov.
Also he had a meeting with the Rector of BSTU prof. Glagolev S., they discussed future exhibition which will be in our university.
We hope that professor will enjoy his staying in Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov.
