Talents and admirers
On March 12, 2014 the Students art Centre hosted a contest "Talents and Admirers" dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov.
The tradition of holding the concert program, in which both staff members and students take equal part, has appeared recently. However it has become very popular, that is why the supporters’ groups came were represented by every university department and division.
The students and staff members, participating in the contest, charged the audience with positive emotions and festive mood. Songs, hot dances, original ideas for performance, great mood and the unique atmosphere of creativity - all this has given us the contest "Talents and Admirers". Each performance was remarkable in its own way, each - its charm!
13 groups performed in different genres. The most exciting part was the awards giving ceremony, by the results of which the third place was awarded to Natalia Rautbergm a scene director and a student Paul Gaivoronsky for a poetry composition "Once again about love".
Second place went to associate professor of department of real estate assessment management Lyudimila Strekozova and student Anna Korzhova, who performed a Cossack folk song "A couple of pigeons on a hill".
And finally, for the first place was awarded to song "Without Fear", sang by and Irina Mikulik, an English languageinstructor and students Eugene Belovodski (Russia) and Pasmino Aguilar Danny Paul (Equador).
Apart from top awards, the winners in various categories were awarded as well. Thanks to the active participation of BSTU Trade Union Committee no one is left without a prize.
Leaving the hall, the spectators room, pointed out that the concert was a success, and they would be glad to visit the next contest of "Talents and Admirers".
