Session of the Association of Foreign Students in Russia
From February 4 to 8 2014 the Russian Peoples' Friendship University has hosted the Winter Session of the Association of Foreign Students in Russia, which is a public organization representing hundreds of thousands foreign nationals from over 160 countries enrolled in educational institutions throughout the Russian Federation.
The Associaton was founded by the initiative of local students affinity groups throughout Russia under the support of the Ministry of Education .
BSTU is represented by a student of The institute of Construction and Architecture , president of the association of foreign students in the Belgorod region , a citizen of Benin Kpedotosio Ermilio.
The organizers have planned rich and varied program for the Winter Session participants. During the plenary session the delegates will hear the reports from the members of the board of trustees of the Association , as well as representatives the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO (Russian cooperation Body) , INCORVUZ , Federal Migration Service and other organizations involved in foreign students affairs.
At the end of the event there will be a solemn ceremony of awarding attorney powers and seals to the Presidents of Foreign Students Association branches.
