A visit from a diplomat from Angola
On January 31, an official of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in the Russian Federation Samba Daniel Pedro came on a business visit to Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. The purpose of the visit is to learn about the conditions for learning and living for Angolan students in Belgorod and BSTU, exploring the attractions of Belgorod.
— This is my first visit to Belgorod oblast,— said Mr. Samba Daniel Pedro in his brief interview. — From year to year our country is extending and consolidating educational and cultural ties with Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. Students from Angola go to study not just in Russia, but choose exactly technological University in Belgorod, as those, who have got a diploma from BSTU, when coming back home, spread a word among friends and those they know, about Belgorod as a hospitable city with hardworking people and high-quality academic staff at BSTU – real professionals, putting endless effort and time into teaching Angolan students all peculiarities of engineering and other subjects.
