Awards for the Talent
The all city round of students' festival "Student Spring" has been successfully completed for Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. The six winners of top awards in different nominations were taken by our students.
Youth folk Ensemble of Cossack songs (instructed by M. Krivchenko) - I Prize Winner in the nomination of folk vocal. Elizaveta Tikhomirova,- I Prize Winner in the nomination folk vocal (solo). Creative Vocal Studio for foreign students "Alliance" (headed by W. Tandelov) - winner of the Grade I pop vocal category (ensemble). Break-team «Pink Elephants Crew» (directed by N. Savenkov) - winner of the Grade I category in choreography (breakdance). Maria Pchelina, a soloist of vocal studio " Faculty", (supervisor - E. Masalytina) - winner of the Grade I pop vocal category. Jana Beregovaya, (supervised by N. Rautberg)- the winner in recitation skills nomination. At the gala concert, which took place on 16 April at the center of youth initiatives, "Technologists" presented their performance. In addition, Jana Beregovaya was appointed a presenter at the concert - in recognition of the talent and achievements of this remarkable girl.
Our break dance team, which has been at the university for several years, was enthusiastically greeted by the audience, but is constantly working on technique and repertoire.
The song “I am away from here” touched the hearts of the listeners, which was performed by Maria Pchelina. In creating a visual image of this song she was helped by the soloists of dance studio "Premier".
Such a convincing victory is the achievement of all of the Student's Art Centre, which is creatively well suited to the selection of repertoire, constantly working on performance skills, looking for new and interesting ways of working with students.
