The work carried out by the staff of Preparatory Faculty for Foreign Students is not limited by just academic issued, the activity also relates to students upbringing. Last week young students competed for the best kept accommodation in the halls of residence. Section 23 became the winners in the contests, which took into account tidiness in the students’ room and the living section in general. The award winners may boast themselves of having learned housekeeping skills while living in Russia. This is to a great extent a merit of all the tutors and deputy Dean Daria Litvinova who are constantly working with the students explaining them the rules of stay and behavior in the hostel.
It should be pointed out that this contest will encourage other students, as well organized and tidy living space apart from comfort brings better learning abilities.
