Guided by the desire to preserve and enhance friendships, cultural, scientific and educational ties between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Serbia, I would like to express my gratitude implemented to date your co-operation and support, which is the basis for establishing more durable and long-term relations in all spheres of our common interests, especially in the field of education and scientific and research work, as well as in other areas of science and education.
Special thanks we would like to express to you for what you have opened your doors to our students and the university provided them with an opportunity to get acquainted with the Russian system of education, curriculum, culture, customs and traditional hospitality.
