Autodesk refresher training for BSTU lecturers
Within the framework of an agreement on cooperation and strategic partnership with «Autodesk SIS" (USA) faculty members of Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov for the first time were provided free training courses from 16 to 20 of January in Autodesk Inventor program.
Autodesk Inventor Program is a 3D CAD software used to create and study the behavior of digital prototypes of parts and design documentation (drawings, specifications). The program is used mainly in engineering, however it is you can use it in other industries.
The complete program includes several products: AutoCAD, Inventor Suite, Inventor Routed Systems Suite (design of cable and pipeline systems, including complicated pipeline sections, electric cables and wires), Inventor Simulation Suite (simulation tools of motion and stress analysis, which simplify the study of the product behavior in real conditions at the design stage).
A family of 3D CAD software Autodesk Inventor includes a full set of flexible tools for 3D-engineering design, analysis, production, tooling creation, and sharing design data. “Inventor” is Digital Prototyping is based on highly accurate 3D-model, which allows design, visualization and analysis of products before the first sample is made. Digital Prototyping, implemented in Inventor, helps to improve product quality, reduce costs for their development and accelerate their launch to the market.
Course participants noted the ease of using Inventor software, as well as, which is no less important, high levels of performance. With Inventor, you can create a full cycle of the project: from a sketch to production of technical documentation, strength calculations and presentation materials. The advantages of the program also include compatibility with other Autodesk software, ease of mastering the basic functions and intuitive interface.
We cannot but mantion the professionalism of Dmitry Osinenko, the instructor, conducting Autodesk training program, his valuable practical and teaching experience, positive attitude and open-mindedness. Course participants have been fully informed not only of the product they study, but also on machine building technology. After the course the students will be given international certificates.
