Vladimir Ivanovich Borisovskyi
Borisovskyi Vladimir Ivanovich was born in 1955. In 1977 he graduated from the Kaliningrad Special High School of Militia of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 1983 the Higher Military-Political School named after 60th anniversary of the Komsomol MVD of the USSR. PhD in Law, the specialty of criminal law and criminology, criminal executive law.
He worked for 24 years in the internal affairs bodies. He went from a cadet of the school of militia to the head of the department of internal affairs for the city of Stary Oskol and the Stary Oskol district. From 1998 to 2003 - Head of the Directorate of the Federal Tax Police Service of the Russian Federation for the Belgorod Region. From 2003 to 2015 - Head of the Directorate of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation for the Belgorod Region (police major general).
